The Violet Grey is not my favorite color (I have a 2011 Monterey Grey myself). However, the tinting will look nice and so will the darkened tail lights. Telero has the Monterey Grey with tink and the darkened tail lights and it looks really nice. You might consider plasti-dipping the wheels as a cheap alternative.

Also, Welcome to Fiesta Faction. Are in with the Armed Forces (US or Allied?) or a civilian in Afghanistan? Just curious. (: Have a look around the different Forum Sections; there's a place for everything here!
U.S Army (Guard).

I noticed that the Violet Grey was not a big fan for most buyers--and I agree it looks horrible matched with chrome, which is why I got the sports appearance package and I am looking to give it as much black on grey look as possible. Which I personally think looks awesome (or will look awesome).

Also, I looked into plasta-dip, and I plan on doing that for the fiesta and SES tags (again to get rid of the chrome). And I would have considered doing that on the rims, but I am not fond of the style at all--but maybe I will plasta-dipp them as well. Keep it black all year round. Good idea.

Thanks for your service to the USA! (:

If you don't want to keep the original SES rims let me know. If the price is right I may want to buy 'em from you.

You could say "Shuffle OFF", that would satisfy her.

So, is that, like, the Fern-gully green of Tink's bodice, or the bright yellow of her glorious pixy mane?

Either way, I'd find it a tremendous distraction in driving but then again I'm one of the older crowd and not into the funky stylings of you younger Fiestanistas...
Audrey likes this.

First thanks for your service

I ordered the same vehicle and color. I waited for about 5 weeks to get a vin number and a two week wait for the build. The dealer says at least a month after that until delivery. It is going to be built next monday. Can't wait. I want to do the Ford racing suspension.
I thought about black wheels but don't know how difficult / cost to change the TPMS

That's actually a good question, I always forget about the TPMS because I've never owned a vehicle with one. So I have no clue how they work, or how difficult it would be to swap wheels out with that feature.

I will probably end up keeping them for my winter tires, but if it's too costly to do tire swaps--I will be making a post on this forum to sell them.
