Hello, I’m having a problem with my radiator fan not turning on. So it turns on when the ac is on. And turns on when I unplug the temperature control switch.I have also replaced the temperature control switch. There is power at the relay (R7) and relay is working. Fuse is also good. What else could be causing it not to turn on? I’ve let my fiesta warm up too 205 and still wouldn’t turn on.
Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
I’ve checked all the fuses in the car as well.

I looked in the ford manual I have and they go through the steps you already did. After that you need to test the module and need specialized equipment for testing it. I hate vehicles that you can't test yourself. Sorry.

So I let it heat up even farther then 205 all the way too 220 and the fan turned on and instantly cooled the car too 200. Is the fan supposed to turn on before 220? Maybe I’m missing the low speed on the fan motor or something? Or is it normal for the fan not to turn on until 220?
Thank you.

This sounds like what my fan on my 2012 Fiesta was doing intermittently 2-3 years ago. Check engine light was coming on and got reset at an oil change. I couldn't get a diagnostic appointment in time before a road trip, but seemed ok. Radiator then overheated on that trip, local dealer simply replaced the fan. Totally fine since then. "They can go bad," was the diagnosis. I got no more insight than that from them.
