I have it apart, I need final answer on reseting the timing to get this car running again: I need to know-
I have the cams locked in 12 o'clock with phaser tool can I take timing belt off and use TDC pin to put crank at TDC with 1 and 4 at TDC before putting timing belt Back on? What is final procedure if it's out of time? Should 1 and 4 be TDC with cams at exhaust phase? How do I know cams are proper sequence even when locked? I am confused and need to know how to get car running again!

Reset everything again, cams at proper marks then belt off and reset crank to TDC. Reassembled and cranked it while giving it some gas and it caught and is now running normal again. Whew!!
