2014 Ford Fiesta 1.6ltr harmonic balancer issue

I'm trying to set the timing on a 2014 Ford Fiesta. I bought the timing tool. I have everything apart. I have the camshafts all set with the locking tool. I have the bolts in place to set the engine at top dead center. I pulled off the harmonic balancer. Problem is there's no place to set the tool to align the harmonic balancer. The question I have is how do I set the harmonic balancer when there is no slot on the back of the harmonic balancer. There is however a round hole on the top of it. There is no spot to put the tool so how do I set the timing of this harmonic balancer. There is no crankshaft sensor beside the harmonic balancer. Advice please and thank you.

There is no specific position for the balancer. All I did was mark it for reference only when installing it. Others have done it without the flywheel locking tool but I didn't. Was worried the TDC pin would break. Do a search for the flywheel tool. You remove the starter to install it.

Thank you for the reply. I bought the entire kit including the flywheel tool. I just didn't know how to set the harmonic crankshaft pulley with nowhere to attach the t shaped tool. I understand from you that there is no set position for my crankshaft pulley. Do you know why my engine is different from most? Is it a worse or better engine or just a different model?
Is the t shaped tool you are speaking of the torque multiplier? Pics would be greatly appreciated
This is the flywheel locking tool. Because this engine has no crank sensor the orientation of the damper does not matter.

Sorry mean't to say no crank sensor in the front near damper pulley. That's why it has no specific orientation on this engine.

Thank you. Now all I have to do is remove the starter
Others have successfully tightened the crank bolt without using the flywheel holding tool. Myself, didn't want to take a chance that the tdc pin breaks and creates a whole new problem.
I talked with a ford shop manager today. The crank only needs to be held by a crankshaft ratchet then torqued to specs. I have a large one for a subaru which will work just fine. Thats a bit of luck. Plus not much in the way of tooling cam shaft ends with the flat bar thankfully. Plus I don't have to remove the starter. I should have it completed tomorrow.
