[Decodiver]

The bearings went out in the cooling fan, so I have a new one that I just installed. I have not been able to get power to the fan even after turning A/C on to max. This is the model S which only uses 1 fuse and 1 relay. I have tested both and they are good. When testing further I noticed that there is no power to the fuse. Is there another fuse upstream from the one under the hood in the fuse box? I need to know where to look next.
