What the heck?

I just did a quick build and price of a Fiesta SE and in it along with the option for Euro-spoiler was a bodykit by 3DCarbon. I selected it and sure enough it loaded it up with images and everything.

It looked amazing. I didn't save it because I decided to go back and look at a couple of more options.

And NOW I CAN'T FIND IT ANYMORE!

Am I going mad?! Am I not going through the option trees in the right order? I can't even find the Euro-spoiler option anymore. It's literally been 5 minutes now.

I went there and built my Fiesta and both the body kit and spoiler are options that can be checked. They are also listed in the accessories under the gallery.

When you get to Accessories page hit the green arrow next to the word Appearance in the box and it opens the menu for Euro spoiler and body kit. Arrow pointing to right is pull down closed.

Just a reminder that it is a dealer installed accessory and the $700 does not include paint and installation.
I know that the price of the other accessories such as remote start DO include installation. I also don't see a disclaimer that says that painting an installation is or isn't included on the body kit. It shows the body kit installed on a green Fiesta that says to me that the price does include paint and installation.

You would think so but I confirmed it with my dealer, reservation specialist, and 3d carbon that the price does not include installation and prep.

The Custom graphics by original design says right in the description when you click on the details button that it is parts only. The rear spoiler and the body kit don't have this. I know that I am not going to pay extra for paint and installation for either piece I will just pass on it and wait for a better and more individual aftermarket kit if I need too just on principal that it doesn't say that it is extra. That is the same reason I passed on the 2000 dollar 17 inch factory wheels that used to be offered just like most other people did.

I found an old email when I was speaking with a rep from 3dcarbon:

Chan,

The Ford web site is misleading. The kit listed at $700.00 is for the body kit - not inclusive of the paint or the installation.
We will be offering the kit raw unpainted or pre painted in all of the various colors.

We are working with Ford at the resent time to finalize the price of the kit with the paint. You should expect to pay aprox $700.00 for the kit and
$550.00 - $600.00 for the paint.

Shipping cost will be determined by where you live.

Wow, that paint is expensive! I tried getting an estimate from the local body shop for paint, but they want to see it in person before quoting. I was going to handle installation myself. I don't want to order the body kit to find out the paint costs almost as much as the kit!

Paint has always been expensive, its labor intensive, of course if you prep it yourself and just have them paint it you'll save a significant amount of cash. I'm guessing the kits aren't primed from the factory.

ASFAIK, the kits are prepped and ready for paint. If the kits were rough, unprimed, and required lots of massaging and work for paint, then the number seems correct. Every body part I have ordered in Urethane comes in primer. A quick run over with a scotchbrite pad and its ready to paint.

I can't find the spoiler or body kit at all. Is it only in certain parts of the country? The only option under accessories/appearance is tattoo graphics. Any help?
I think it is a dealer purchased item only since it comes primed but not painted. You have to hook up with your dealer and find out what the complete cost would be. Spoiler kit + painting + installation.

the install is really simple. You start by removing the factory spoiler, drill out 2 new holes on the new spoiler, install using the same bolt holes in the hatch, and that should be about it. I will probably install the body kit and spoiler myself as it can't be nearly as hard as building an entire car from a shell.
