So I recently got a 2012 Fiesta base model, had a leaking slave cylinder, thanks to y'all for helping with that replacement; it went smoothly and it drives fine. Now when my wife turns the AC on or off, changes speed, pretty much changes anything it makes a clicking sound that comes from the glovebox area. When we got it from my in-laws there was something wrong with the AC, compressor or clutch not sure; I haven't looked into it yet. We were told it wasn't usable but with the exception of this clicking, the AC runs fine.

Any ideas what this clicking could be?
Thanks!

It could be the blend actuator valve/door (unit that changes the airflow when you change the source or setting). My 2015 does it, my old Saturn Vue did it as well. Mine clicks from time to time for about 10-15 seconds and then settles down.

This reminds me I have to change mine. It’s a $30 part and can be replaced under an hour. Lots of YouTube vids on it posted by the ST guys
