Hey everyone,

I'm interested in buying a Fiesta after a terrible experience trying to get a Honda Fit, but am coming off a similarly bad experience yesterday at Spradley Barr in Ft. Collins, supposedly one of the "best" Ford dealerships in Colorado.

They wouldn't give me a dollar value on the car I wanted to trade in until I actually picked up my Fiesta in 8 weeks (which I know is risky for them, but other dealerships have done it for me) and the sales manager got openly aggressive (I'm not joking) when I suggested they roll their outrageous $499 dealer handling fee into my trade-in value. Needless to say, it wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't recommend them for your purchase of a Fiesta.

After having so many bad experiences with dealers, it's my hope that we can create lists of Fiesta-friendly dealerships in a bunch of areas, so that other members can avoid the experience I had!

Which brings me to my question: can anyone recommend a good place to buy a Fiesta in Northern Colorado (Littleton and up) or Southeastern Wyoming? Thanks for your help!

I don't know anything about Colorado dealerships, but that is complete bull that they wouldn't estimate your trade-in value. When I ordered my fiesta, I wanted a trade-in estimate before I told them that I had x-plan pricing. So they gave me a value of what the trade-in was worth and said that their trade-in values are only good for 10 days, so depending on how many more miles I put on my car, the actual offer could be between $250 and $500 less. So at least that gave me an idea of how much I could expect.
