The gear that goes inside the driver's side blend door actuator broke. I had thought it was just the actuator going again and when I took it off, little plastic came falling down to the floor and I said yep, cheap plastic gears broke again, I'll order another. Opened up the actuator to see every gear is fine. I looked under the dash again and noticed that the stump that goes inside has prices broken. How in the world will I replace that gear and what's it called so I can do some online research. Will this call for a dashboard removal?
