I have seen many pics, brochures, and even the Sedan model at an auto show, but I still have not seen anything about how far the rear seats fold down in the hatch model. Has anyone seen how they are (or better yet have a picture to post)?

They do not fold flat. That is one thing other sub-B vehicles like to poke at.

They fold pretty much flat, only stick up a little. I never found a case where I need them to fold flatter, and I hauled all sorts of stuff with my Fiesta. Golf clubs, racing slicks, wife's suitcase (largest suitcase known to man), tool boxes, Mustang parts, and many cases of wine.
