Does anyone have a description of how to remove the entire bumper cover?
iLooking at the instructions for grille inserts or lower grille, they all start by showing the entire front bumper cover coming off, without showing how to do it. Then they show how to detach the upper grille (or insert or lower LED units) from the bumper cover assembly.
Seems that all the Technical instructions just show a little book icon, which I assume is telling a tech to refer to a factory service manual.

Thanks for the link. I ended up figuring it out.
I ended up posting how I did it when someone else asked the question.

I posted an almost identical thread but had no responses. I had no luck with those tech spec sheets either, they all show the 1st step as Remove Bumper, but don't show how. I just went at it and had no trouble.
Remove Headlamps (unplug all bulbs/connectors, + LEDs if you have them)
Remove four plastic rivet fasteners from above the radiator. I think there are 8 there but I only removed a set of 4, I think it is the set higher up.
Remove a plastic rivet from the wheel well, pull back the wheel well liner so you can remove 6 bolts (3 per side) holding the bumper to the fender.
The painted bumper comes off as one piece, the black air deflector at the bottom stays with the car. I think there are 3 small sheet metal type screws across the bottom of the bumper that screw in there.

 

i did mine this past weekend, took lots of pictures. it was a pain in the ass. I guess ill make a post.
