I parked my hatchback beside a new 2010 Aveo this morning. It was still wearing dealer tags. I'd take my Fiesta any day over that model. The current Aveo is relatively roomy inside, but otherwise does not give one much reason to choose it over the competition.
Has it been awhile since you've gone in for a vision check? I do not see what you're seeing. It's not bad. I almost like it because it looks like a Fiesta! Is GM being a kopy-Kat? Boy, alot of the subcompacts are starting to look the same. I like where the rear passenger door handles are at near the glass. Aside from design and looks, you couldn't pay me to drive an Aveo. I too, have read enough about their poor quality. Who's engine is it; a Daewoo? Is that a snowmobile engine? Good luck GM.
gag no. I saw the Aveo at the auto show and it didn't do anything for me. the Mazda2 was cool but still like the Fiesta. the Fit was too dorky.General Motors unveils Chevrolet Aveo show car ahead of Paris Motor Show — Autoblog
