If anyone would care to take a break from the endless bickering in the other threads, check out the latest video showing off Block's Fiesta. The Olsberg's MSE prepped Fiesta will make its debut this weekend at the Rally America Sno*Drift Rally in Atlanta Michigan.

Freakishly Awesome!!!
I can't wait to see it in person this weekend!
I am also very excited to see the Fiesta blasting down narrow roads lined with trees! This weekend's rally is going to be a great time.
That S2000 is based on the original European car, not the watered down DEARBORN p.o.s.! What are they thinking? That people wouldn't notice the difference in looks? The grille is totally different! Nothing like the USDM car at all!

Don't get 'em started. ;)
Haha Marc :)

Actually the Rally America car is prepped by Olsberg MSE and not MSport like the S2000.

I am hoping this thread doesn't turn into another "bash Dearborn" and "Americans buy SUV's" thread. I can honestly say I am getting very tired of them.
what a beast!! Wonder if there will be any TV coverage in Europe of the Rally America Sno*Drift Rally.

BRGT350, is this rally in your neighbourhood, and if so are you planning on attending. If you are will you be getting any video/pics??

How about "Dealer installed performance parts will not be warranted!!!" :D

The event about 4 hours or so to the north of me, and I am planning on attending. I don't think anyone covers it for TV. :(
WOT in 6th gear, on ice covered tree lined road.

I'm quite sure we'll see an aftermarket rally kit for the NA Fiesta for those that want theirs to look like Ken's Rally Fiesta.
I would probably forgo the wing for the street :) I am hoping a really good manufacture comes up with a front bumper that looks more like the EU version, complete with round fog lamps. Perhaps Ford Racing will have one.

I will do my best to get as many pics for you guys tomorrow at the rallye, but I am going to imagine it will be very crowded around the Ford service park area.

Great write up and thanks for the pics. Looks cold.
So how did the guys in the Foci do?
I will have to check where they finished overall, but they both finished which is outstanding considering the amount of attrition at the event.

Ok, according to Rally-America, Dillon Van Way picked up 3rd in class with the Terra Firma sponsered white Focus. Dillon, I think, celebrated his 18th birthday on Sunday or Monday. Very talented kid! For some reason, I can't find Andrew Frick's finish on the website. He was not listed as DNF, so I am not sure what the deal is. Perhaps I need more coffee to find it listed. He is on FocalJet.
