Hello -- big fan, first time poster.

My FRPP rear dampers need replacing. They're not available separately, so how is this done?? Has anyone gone through this?

I'm willing to buy the pack again but it's on backorder til the end of April. How less than ideal would it be to put in the OEM shock assembly?

Could do another aftermarket option that might fit the FRPP springs better, but I discarded the OEM mounting bracket when I did the swap 4 years ago...

Feel like I'm really in a pickle here. Any ideas are very much appreciated!

You could get Koni STR.T (Orange) shocks, they are widely use with mild lowering springs. And you can get the top mount from Rock Auto, they sell KYB and MONROE, or get the Ford part from the dealer.

Sure enough, wow, nice! I thought I was up a creek because my dealer told me the mount was not a separately sold part. But Rock Auto does have a couple of them. Thank you very much!

I'm curious if I even need the OEM mounts with the Koni...I'll just get them and see what's up.
