Thanks, what are they telling you about Job 1 date?
Ford has reported Job 1 is April 26, 2010.

Off topic, but regarding North America 2012 Ford Focus , a Michigan Assembly Plant worker said Job 1 for the 2012 Focus is at the moment slated for November 10, 2010

And how are those priorities determined?
I believe it would take a 356 page manuscript and a bona-fide corporate lawyer to describe the ridiculous system set up by Ford to determine which dealers orders get priority.
Bottom line some dealers factory orders are delivered in 6 weeks while some will take 3,4 & 5 months.
You can be guaranteed that the Ford factory ordering system was not set up with the customers best interest in mind.

You are correct to a point. Almost all businesses act like that. Your best customers get better treatment. Just like night clubs, casinos, and stock traders. Most companies always take care of who makes the most money for them. That's why we get so many SVT Raptors. We are the #1 dealer in the world right now. We have sold over twice as many as the next closest dealer.

That's why I want to be the #1 Fiesta dealer in the nation. I would be able to get more Fiesta's and make better deals for FiestaFaction members.

It's worth noting here that Fiesta deliveries under the program should have nothing to do with dealer allocations. I was told by Sam or one of the reservation people that any Fiesta ordered thru this program will be over and above the dealer's allocation. So whatever the dealer's past track record for getting hot models is if they get 20 Fiesta reservations, they will get those 20 Fiestas no matter what, plus whatever other Fiestas they were going to get for demo/inventory.

Yes that is correct. Maybe I just did not say it correctly, but that was the point I was trying to get across.

Maybe this will help. Say I am allowed 40 units to start for stock, the dealership really needs to make money on these units. But if I can get say 20-30 reservations from members, then I can sell them at invoice or maybe a $100 over. I even got an approval from my GSM to do it that way. But I can only give the pricing on retail reservation or special order vehicles.
