Not sure if any of you have seen this yet, but Autoblog has a story about me taking the Fiesta to the Sno*Drift Rally this past weekend. Check it out if you have not already seen it, and I aplogize in advance for how dirty the car is.

we joked that when we could not find the Fiesta in a parking lot, just look for the crowd! That works well until Pastrana shows up, then the crowd goes from the Fiesta to his Scoobie. I think it was great to have the Fiesta at the event and be able to show the car off to a die hard motorsports crowd. I don't think I heard one bad comment about the car while I was there, which is better than the car fared at Ford car shows. My only wishes were that the Fiesta rally car did not break, or the team would have stuck around on Saturday.

Next year we will be back at the Sno*Drift with my white Fiesta, and I hope to stay for the end to see a Fiesta on the podium.

Reminds me of the first winter I had my Focus. I took it in for an oil change and the service guy asked me what color my Focus was. My response was ''Well it was silver, now its, white, grey, black and partially silver.'' he laughed wrote all the colors down and said. ''We'll make it silver again for ya.''

Yeah, the Fiesta starts each week as Hot Magenta, but ends the week with a magenta roof, white sides, white/brown nose and tail, and random bits of ice. Thankfully I put in rubber winter floor mats to protect the carpet, or else the floor would be white with salt!

That it does, when I crawled under my Focus to do heatshield repairing I was amazed though that Ford did undercoat the chassis.
