Hi all, I've registered here to ask for technical information help when I try to restore my 1.1 fiesta pop (UK model)...
I've bought a second hand 1.6Si 16v engine and box to go in my mark 1.... And what I'm struggling to learn is whether I can reuse the old suspension legs or whether I need to seek out mk3 front suspension legs, and whether I'd nedc to have the suspension tops on the shell changed so the mk3 legs fit...
As far as I can see the mk1 has 2 point fittings at the top of the suspension leg and the mk3 has 3 point fitting...
Help anyone?
Maybe someone who has done the zetec Silvertop engine swap can help?
