Newbie question BspecFiesta

Hello. I am new to the forum, thanks for accepting, here on behalf on a customer with 2012 Bspec Fiesta, it is a racecar. The shifter has a lot of play by the shifter arm/linkage down under gearbox. Looks like the ball at bottom of shift arm is missing a bushing , so there is lot of play from neutral to 3rd and neutral to 4th gear. I called a handful of dealers and no help defining if there is a bushing missing. Here are some pictures. Hope this helps. Thank you. JR
