I want an arm rest and temp gauge

I will buy an arm rest, great there will be one made for it, where do I buy. I'll write the name down. Any ideas on a temp gauge that doesn't look like a cheap ad on anyone?

I have one here in a box waiting for a car to put it in. I ordered mine directly from Boomerang. See the link in my sig below.

Canadian Armrest

I've been prowling Ford of Canada's Site, and if you do a build & price routine there, much like the US version, there is a link for a PDF Brochure over to the right.

I downloaded the brochure and they show an optional armrest by someone called Polytec Foha. The picture is on page 16, and it says "late availability".

It appears to be a more traditional hinged lid set up, but that's all I can find out so far.

Might be an interesting alternative to the US version.

Never mind....I found it. Looks like it might be a nice item. Will have to wait on purchasing an armrest until after I've seen Polytec Foha's. Also, for those interested in small upgrades/changes: After spending some time today with an SES 5-door, I decided to buy a black auto shifter bezel (to replace the stock chrome item)--the only other chrome piece inside is on the shifter itself.

Ford Parts is very helpful for ordering: (Buy 2011 Ford Fiesta Parts | FordParts.com

I saw a photo of the Ford armrest and a part number, but now I can't seem to find it. Anyone remember the post is?

Thanks

Oil temperature or coolant temperature?

Coolant temperature should be available from the OBD-II port, so an OBD-II scan tool should be able to display it.

ScanGaugeII - Trip Computers + Digital Gauges + Scan Tool offers one that can display up to four OBD-II readable gauges:

Does anyone have any photos of their armrests installed yet? I'm especially curious to see how they'd look with the cloth seats.
I just picked up my car last night. I abandoned my order and bought a dealer stock unit. The car I got is a Lime Squeeze SE hatchback with charcoal cloth seats. The dealer added the Boomerang armrest. It looks great with the cloth seats and compliments the other "hard" surfaces of the car very nicely. :D
I'll post pix soon.

Let us know if all the functions work tjl, because I'm thinking of buying one of these and I'm sure others would be intersted as well.

Thanks,
