Hopefully within the next two weeks I will be posting a pic of my new Lime Squeeze SES Hatch. I can not wait for this car to arrive. I absolutely love the color!!

Just to let everyone know too, I am ordering custom License Plates for her too......

Does anyone have a name for your car yet? I think giving them a name just makes it better. Mine will be Called Anastasia Beaverhousen from Will and Grace. My Mercury Milan is Karen Walker, and all my friends call her that too, crazy!!

My current car's name is Henry. I am trying to think of something good. I guess I will just have to meet him. And then once I have gauged his personality he will have a name. I have been waiting for this car for sooo long. And it is in my favorite shade of green!

Mine will be named "the Ford" or maybe "the Fiesta". Since I've never owned either before, my friends and family will know exactly which car I'm referring to. My sisters used to name their cars.

I've never named a car, but all of them except my current car have had personnalities. Growing up we had a car named "ED", the license plate was ED-XXXX. I owned a Ford Tempo, I should have named it Shirley! (Shirley Tempo!) I don't want to start a war and mean no disrespect to anyone, but isn't naming cars more of a girl thing?

Not when I was growing up. My father collected Kaisers & Fraziers. We had to name them to keep them straight!:D

My dad drove a Red Ford Taurus for years, and called it "Redford," of course. It helped distinguish it from the silver one.

I have to admit - when I first saw pictures of the lime in the brochures and internet, I didn't like it. In fact, I didn't understand why people would order that color.

Today I drove past a dealership that had a lime colored hatchback - IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! I had to do a U-Turn and get out and look at it... Loved it!

I KNOW, RIGHT? For me, it was just total fatigue from only seeing the green color in all the marketing and the auto reviews. But when I saw it in real life I felt like I was looking at it for the first time. It's a great color.

I was lucky that the one on display at the KC Auto Show was in Lime Squeeze. I'd already ordered it before I saw it and certainly wasn't disappointed when I saw the color in real life.

Now, if they can just find the railcar it's on and get it delivered...:(

When my coworker saw a picture of the car he said "it looks like a jellybean!" So I was thinking of calling her jellybean... but I dunno if that's dumb. I've never actually named a car before!!

I'm excited that others have seen it IRL and that they love the color. :) I can not wait ugh! I fully expect to turn heads :)
