I saw the yellow on vacation at the Honolulu Auto Show. A photo on a web page will not do it justice. It is awesome. It is a nice shade, brite and metalic. I never knew yellow looked so good. Anyone who got yellow will love it.I can't WAIT to see that color yellow! I wish they'd taken pictures for their web site that would have better shown off how great a shade it is.
Or we could go by the last digits on the vin. Don't know if that would work out better.Posting up to claim membership in the club!
Is anybody planning on keeping a "list," or assigning membership numbers?
As near as I can tell by this thread, tikipriest would be #1 (or #001), anverc is #2, Paradocks is #3, and I/we would be #4.
I'll be happy to volunteer as KOTL (keeper of the list), or is that goofy?
This post is not valid until you post PICTURES so we can see for ourselves just how much the pictures don't do the color justice!!!!! Congrats on getting yours! Still waiting for mine to come in, hopefully by mid September. I have yet to see Yellow Blaze in person but everyone here who has seen it seems to give it a thumbs up.If you're considering Yellow Blaze, pictures cannot come close to doing this color justice. It looks different in different light and angles. if you want "yellow," you got it (sometimes), if you like it more toward "gold," you got that too (sometimes). Like some orange ("blaze") in the shadows? You betcha. Want to be amazed at the depth a light color can have? Get in line. Be ready for everyone at the dealer to comment when you pick it up. My guess is the same thing will repeat at every fuel stop.
I can live with that.
