According to build and price it's still $13,320 (and that's without freight). This can't be explained by the SYNC discount either, since that's not available on the least expensive model.
So maybe there's another incentive out there or a dealer group has decided to do some discounting on its own. That would be odd given the anticipated demand for this car.
Strange, I just built one in CONCEPS and it shows a MSRP of $13,995 ,including D&D of $675, Fuel of $32.76, and FDAF of $170. That comes to $13,167.24 as of today.
