well i finally found where it was, but it wasnt even in the city. Ford or whoever is running that website needs to have the information on the site earlier. Updating the location when the event starts doesnt cut it.

Same problem here in L.A. They had the event listed with only a city and date, no location, no time, nothing. I really wanted to test drive this car now to see what changes Ford makes when we get the Americanized version next year. This is totally unlike Ford, whoever is in charge of putting out this information failed miserably, on every website I've been to where people have been talking about the Fiesta there has been people complaining about the lack of info and not being able to find the events. Between this mess and knowing that Ford will cheapen it up for us is making me lose interest in the car, fast.

Later this month they are scheduled to be "driving the car around" in some cities not far from me, which sounds like a huge waste of time, how about letting us test drive the cars at a set location at a set time? Is that too much to ask Ford? Or are we supposed to go on a wild goose chase searching for this car?

I guess they don't really care about their customers too much..

Yeah, Fiesta Movement didn't make it easy when they rolled through NorCal a few weeks ago. The event I went to disappeared from schedule the day it was supposed to happen. So I had to drive out hoping my memory was correct (it was). I told the person in charge about it and he pretty much gave a "hrmmm". I guess they haven't figured out how to update a website properly yet...

The brnad manger for the Ford Fiesta said this on Twitter:
"Sorry about not being able to get u an exact location. We're trying to be flexible and sometimes its hard to pinpoint location."

I think it means that they can't always get an exact spot for a test drive (understandable since they're only using public streets). However, that being the case, why post locations on the web to begin with?

One of the people working the Ride and Drive in Belleville today told me that they just outfitted their "wifi car" w/ a gps unit that will allow their exact location to be posted on the web site to make it easier to find them and the new location info should be live on the fiestamovement.com web site within a couple of days.

They told me that at it is a known issue that they have been hard to find at some of the locations and that this should fix it.
