For those of you folks across the water, does anyone have the timing belt change interval schedule?
I'd like to know what's involved in replacing it, at least a list of steps from the factory service manual. I've read numerous sources that the belt is designed to last the life of the engine, however many miles or years that may be. (100k, 200k, 300k, 4, 5, 8, 10 years????)
I'm guessing frequent oil change intervals is critical with this engine to keep contaminants clear of the belt. I live in Arizona, so I wonder what the blistering heat, ultra dry climate will do. Arizona is notorious for destroying rubber/plastic at record rates.
